I tried this on my computer and had the same problem as you, acsess was denied on the xp. i right clicked on computer and clicked manage. the local users and groups isnt there. can u help me??

@Lewis, if you cannot see “Local Users and groups”, then you may not have proper access. Try logging into Safe Mode (F8 while booting) and log in as an administrator. Then see if you can access it.
