hey, just wanted to no if anyone could help me by posting a vid or just letting me no in an email how to change my IP address

i was IP banned from a FPS game (call of duty)
and i tried the method of :

Start/Run/Cmd…

ipconfig
ipconfig/release
disconnect internet
change IP in Internet Protocol
ipconfig/renew

i might be doing something wrong along the way.

if someone could help me that would be great =]
