The only downside with most e-mail providers is that they host all of your private e-mails on their own servers. That means they "own" all of your private e-mails. One way to keep your private e-mails private is to create your own e-mail server and host it yourself. I'll show you how to make a basic e-mail server using a cheap $25 Raspberry Pi computer.
