    Sure looks cool !! but the process seems very complicated and impractical for me to try out…u cant expect a normal person to have voltage meters/soldering devices and other stuff…

    Sure, you should be able to power a Laptop. Most adapters are 19.5v and 4.3amps – you would have to read your adapter – but then you would follow the instructions for cell phone only increasing panels to meet laptop volt meter needs.
