but when i download the android image it gets saved as vm.iso.7z, so when i try to open it in virtualbox it comes an error and it wont work. i did download it from the right place and i do got winrar, pleace help

just go download 7-zip from http://7-zip.org/ and extract untill you see the iso file. Enjoy:)
